Multi fuction drill controller

The RDS MFDC 100 monitors seed drill operating functions and controls the tramline sequence. A robust, user-friendly and cost-effective monitoring method, RDS provides two systems for monitoring seed drill performance and for setting tram lines.

The system monitors various seed drill functions. The priority display is the tramlining function and the unit will automatically default to this channel.
Using two memory registers (Total1 and Total 2), this records the area worked. The area totals and calibration data are stored in the memory automatically when the instrument is switched off, allowing for ease of access.

If there are machine performance issues, the MFDC 100 alerts the operator with
additional alarm functions:

A Forward Speed Alarm will warn the operator if the machine stops when the speed is low or the drill is in work.
The programmable High and Low Fan Speed alarms warn offan performance status.
A Distribution Shaft Speed Alarm alerts the user if the shaft stops for more than 40 seconds.
